Last week for Walcott Exhibit

There's only a couple of more days left to see the current exhibition being held at the Fisher, "How Beautiful My Brethern and Sistren: Derek Walcott, Life and Work." The exhibit highlights a broad selection of original archival material from the Caribbean poet Derek Walcott - from O Babylon! to Omeros, as well as other aspects of his life and work, including his painting and drawing. The exhibit will close at 8 p.m. on Thursday April 6.

Please click on the link below to hear an audio clip of exhibit curator and Fisher Librarian Jennifer Toews on what she hopes visitors take away from the exhibit.

The Fisher's next exhibit, "How Does MY Garden Grow: The Education of a Gardener," will be installed through the month and open on April 30. It will run through the summer.
